Cancellation Policy

Clients are requested to give a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled start of a session with any changes or cancellations. Changing or cancelling a meeting less than 24 hours ahead of the start of the visit will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Those who miss appointments without prior notification will incur a $100 cancellation fee. 

Repeated cancellations or no shows may result in the termination of the coaching relationship with referral to independent resources.
