Rachel MacNeill, PT, DPT (she/her)

Rachel is an AASECT©-trained intimacy coach who helps clients stoke desire, heighten arousal and climax, and reimagine the way we create sexual fulfillment alone and with our partners.

Rachel believes that sex is one of the last and most vital ways adults can express their creativity and imagination, silliness and depth–and on their own schedules, for free! She is passionate about supporting excitement and joy for people and couples who feel disinterested in sex or who struggle to enjoy sex.

Rachel’s path to intimacy coaching began when, after years dating mostly cisgender men, she saw the end of a clinically-defined “sexless marriage” and rediscovered her passion for passion.

At the same time, she began treating patients with pelvic floor conditions–from incontinence to pain with sex–and noticed a common pattern: cisgender female clients were complaining of the same low sexual frequency and lack of interest she had experienced in her marriage, and described sex that didn’t center what actually turned them on.

Rather, many felt that sex was just another in a long list of tasks they had to do for others in a day. This led to a personal mission:

Transform as many “sexless relationships” as possible, with a focus on mutual enjoyment and non-judgmental communication.

In addition to her coaching practice, Rachel continues to treat NH patients as a pelvic floor physical therapist. She lives with her wife Ashley and cat Cheddar in southern NH.
